Throwing this hot topic out there as it seems to be gaining legs and its regarding Ryan kent and his possible return . The 2 positive things I see would be possibly PC actually turning this lads career around with proper coaching. Something he never had under GVB and MB. The boy obviously has quality as far as making defences think, but his end product was always my concern. let's not forget that Sima could be gone at the end of this season if Brighton have other suitors with big money entering the fold. Kent would also have a good sell on if coached properly and we could actually get some of the dosh back that we lost . pretty sure the "BOSS" knows the IF's and or Butt's involved here and l'l trust his judgement. we definitely need a speedy winger and a poacher . a quality left back and a decent left sided half back. I await with high expectations that Big Phil and Nils have this. maybe the Eds would have some kind of POll . Kent yes or no . throw that out there with the reasons for saying yes or no. cheers.

He achieved very little first time around.
Sima on the left has already scored more goals this season than Kent has since 2021!

MPH. It's not, at this time about him. It's about the club benefitting from a player who, if the scoring stats improved would be a huge asset. This coming from a guy who cringed every time he got the ball when he was here. If we sign a decent full back, I personally feel our left area would be electric. Just my take. Oh and the Belgium lad is 30 . Kent is 27 . age means a good sell on .

Anyone that actually wants Ryan Kent back (it’s not happening by the way) clearly knows nothing about football and can’t of watched us much over the previous 2 seasons. Just look at his career stats. They are completely awful everywhere he has been apart from about 2 seasons with us. Flopped in Germany, flopped at Bristol City, flopped in Turkey and his last 2 seasons with us were terrible. He’s your typical ‘all fart and no ?’ type of player. Dances about with the ball in the middle of the park but does less than nothing with it. He can’t shoot, cross or pass and never lifts his head to see what’s happening around him. Some folk seem to wet themselves over him because he’d turn up occasionally in European games, but ultimately his good performances were far far too few and far between . Just because he kissed the badge and tried to throw a pathetic punch at Scott Brown (instead of actually putting in a performance that might of helped us beat them on occasion) does not mean we should be welcoming him back with open arms and paying him a fortune again to get practically nothing in return.

It’s absolutely ludicrous that this is even being discussed Kent is, and was garbage aye he had a few good game but his numbers are horrendous, and he’s clearly not doing any better over there or he wouldn’t be available for free not to mention the obvious reason that he downed tools and moved on a free to line his own pockets! Why not get Morelos back as well, we can have a party ?.
