If Galatasaray are seriously interested in Yilmaz, my bet he will go there instead of Verona, Good move for the young lad, stronger squad than ours, with far better players, and the best team in turkish football, be a 1st team pick, seeing they are well aware of his talents and quality, another Solid player thrown away for no reason, lad will only get better and better, no doubt the team that buy Yilmaz will make a tidy profit on him once he gets a decent run in the team and with Galatasaray he will get Champions league football.

Fernabahce want Yilmaz as does Galatasary and I believe that Fernabahce will make an offer to sign him permanently this month. Galatasary want him, initially on loan, but Fernabahce see it as a coup if they can beat their major rivals with a permanent move.
This would certainly free funds for Doig and I suspect that Clement has more funds available should the right players be available this transfer window.

They don`t need to take Yilmaz in exchange, we can sell him elsewhere to offset some of the cost . As long as there is money coming in as well as going out it is okay . Its what shows in the accounts as the year goes on, it doesn`t have to be all paid at once and balanced that day . Thought scotland played brilliant. We're by far the better team in the first half. Hit the bar twice and countless other good goal scoring chances. I Thought the 4 nil scoreline flattered the dutch. what i liked most from last night was the calmness and intregit play and passing. Here we go again, how do you know Shankland would score more for us. Hearts rarely have to go up against 10 men in the box. Rangers and Celtic have to week in and week out. How many times (outwith set pieces) did you see Shankland in their own last quarter defending?
Rangers have scored 64 goals so far, so by all Shankland supporters believe we would already be on 80 plus. would love to be but don't see it.
BTW i wouldn't object to him being a rangers player but i don't want us to sign a 29 year old striker as first option, then do you think he would come to us believing he wouldn't be first pick? don't think so.

He is of more benefit to us where he is. If he had been with us at the weekend there is certainly no guarantee that we would have won the game and who would have scored the Hearts goal.
He is a good striker, no doubt about that. It is up to our Scouts to identify younger better players, something that seldom happened under recent previous management.
