So my old boy was reading the paper and in the football phone in bit a guy emailed in saying about writing a list of players who are taking wages out our club and contribute nothing . Those who are injured/ not good enough. This is the list he came up with that he thinks we should get rid off in the summer. Interested in my fellow bears opinions.
Get rid of the following -

Helander - injured
Roofe - injured
Ryan jack - injured
Lawrence - injured / not good enough
Souttar - injured / not good enough
Oforbh - never kicked a baw
Sands - not good enough
Matondo - apparently 28k a week wages / not good enough
Scott wright - not good enough

Thats a lot of wages being wasted for **** all . Its not good enough. Ross wilson and the board have a lot to answer for .

Think Lawrence is harsh as he looked good. Oforbh is harsh also as we have a duty of care for him. Prob agree with the rest.

Lawrence (even tho I don’t like him) showed he was good enough when played.

Orofbh is just down right wrong you have him on that list the boy has a serious heart issue. The club is down the correct thing by him.

Maybe Jack another deal depending on if he picks up another knock this season, Lawrence not good enough he made a great start for our club, Soutter was one of the best cb's in Scotland last year before his injury he stays fit I believe he will do very at out club, rest can go bit unhappy Sands never kicked on at our club but I still believe he will have a good career, I would personally let go of Arfied and replaced with a upgraded, and Kamara sold and replaced with an ungraded we need to move forward now.

Just seen souttar on the list thing he will be good when back fit. How did you come to the conclusion he isn’t good enough? He has played half a game.

Forgot about the lad with the heart condition of course he stays he has more things to worry about, getting him our the door would be shocking from our club but that ain't happening.

Lawrence is 100% good enough and Souttar will surprise a few when he plays (I know he has to stay fit first) . Jack will probs sign a new 1 yr.

That leaves two players . who have shown flashes but talk is they have to be loaned out soon .

If you read Baxter’s post correctly he means the guy emailed that list of players he thought weren’t good enough or always injured. I agree with you all though the man must be smoking something funny if he has Lawrence, Jack and O’Connor on his list.

Any football fan could probably come up with a similar list for their own club.
It’s so difficult to find diamonds in the market we operate in, out of contract and relatively cheap players sadly come with a high failure rate. I look at the premier league in England and see recruitment failures with players that have cost tens of millions. No one has ever cracked the code when it comes to recruitment, some work many don’t.
