Super Ally stated at 1-1 that our team is just crying out for a legend to step up as numerous have done in the past in this fixture. Sad to say that apart from the 2 new signings that "legend " has come and gone with the rest of them. The good ship "KentMorelos" has sailed . If MB plays them again this season then he is as much to blame as they are for stealing a wage that our loyal fanbase can only dream of. and congrats on our right back for his 100 mark and showing the front pack of Imposters how its done. Players like kent and Morelos cost Managers their jobs when nothing gets done to replace them. Even scotty arfield would have gave a shift today but not to be.1 season left MB or its back to the championship in England you will go.3 old firm games . one point out of six and a runners up medal tells me that he doesn't have the chops to take us back to where we belong . which he could have, but his errors are blatant as a manager . One more season MB or you are a goner.

Morelos had a goal incorrectly ruled out but should have scored at 1-1.
Kent was woeful the full game.
But they are in no way to blame for Souttar and Davies errors that Celtic took advantage from.
And an ‘Arfield shift’ would not have changed the outcome of the game.

Decee, let's see what we bring in player wise this close season. It's easy to be critical of Kent, he just didn't look interested today and incidentally, neither did Tillman. I thought that Morelos was unlucky that his goal was disallowed and I didn't think he had a bad game.
We seriously need a quality new keeper, we need a centre back that can battle for the ball, (i. e., a Butcher, a Gough, a Davie Weir or an Amoruso), we need an upgrade in midfield on Lundstram, Jack and Kamara, we need two quality wingers and a quality striker. We don't need to spend a fortune in the transfer market albeit that we might need to spend a bit on signing on fees since there are some real quality Bosmans available. both in the English Leagues and in Europe.
The ball is firmly in our DoF's court to secure top quality players with a winning mentality and it is up to the Board to secure the quality needed, otherwise Beale is in a no win situation.

Morelos never played well, that's just not true. He certainly wasn't the worse, but to say he played well, is wrong!

With the exception of Tav and Raskin, nobody else played well.

Again we shoot ourselves in the foot. I thought generally we kept them and their fans quiet then bang, defensive errors. Heads go down, fight, if there really was any goes out the window. Frustrating watching us attack as it just like watching wee boys trying to muscle grown men out the way. I'd honestly get rid of the lot if we could. Kent needs to go, he is useless. Not having he has talent or a game in him, as if he had talent it would shine through more often than not and it's mainly been not. Morelos seemed more up for it at start of 2nd half but is to slow and could of caused more issues if he wasn't by getting on end of their bad passes in defence. Summed up for me the break near end of game where Kent, Morelos and Sakala between 3 of them couldn't get a shot of. Said to a mate that's it been hard watching and supporting this group for a few seasons, boring, gutless, frusrating. 3 different managers and apart from one season majority have underperformed for all 3 managers. Mr Beale better make sure his new signings have the mental ability as well as the footballing ability or he'll be seeing his replacement popping into the loudern for a pint.

Now that the league is now well and truly over it really is time to jettison Kent. How he lasted the full game today is mind blowing. A total waste of a jersey ( not that he was the only one) and clearly doesn't have what it takes against that lot in particular. Jack was way off it as well today and their players knew to concentrate on pressing Cantwell and Tillman. Morelos of a couple of years ago would've buried that chance that ricocheted into his feet in the second half. Davies went to pieces after his error and as much as Souttar's back pass was wayward an alert keeper would've made life difficult for Jota as opposed to watching him waltz round and pass into an empty net. If Rangers are able to withdraw Kent's offer then we should. McGregor's legendary status is in danger of being overshadowed by his performances, when he's clearly done. Every save he made today was straight down his throat, bread n' butter saves that any keeper should be making. All in all we need a team of players that we can rely on to battle and scrap for everything.

It’s easy to react on impulse after the defeat today,
First observation from me,
Var done us today for the Morelos goal,
That’s a game changing decision and It’s good that Beal and Tav have highlighted it as I’m sick of hearing the Celtic people go on about decisions they feel affect them negatively and let’s make no mistake it’s all with a view to influence future decisions with them,
It doesn’t mask though that we will need changes in the summer to the first 11,
A quality Goal Keeper,
A quality Central Defender
A Quality Defensive Midfielder
A Quality Winger
And a quality Forward
All better players than we have at the moment,
I’m now assuming Kent and Morelos are away,
If I’m in charge I’d put the final contract in front of them and tell them sign or it will be withdrawn immanently and start getting replacements arranged.

Had to miss it today for family reasons, but in the summer I think he must sign defenders first and foremost, sick of hearing about
" sloppy goals given away " its too regular even against what we would call lower opposition. Please make it a goalie and defenders, build from the back!
