Not enough praise being given to Ridvan Yilmaz . The energy, defensively and in an overlapping capacity is vastly underwhelmed on the comments posted with most being given to Cantwell and a couple of others. Liked what I saw last night and can't wait to see how he performs away in the CL quallies . almost like a left winger and maybe some Tav qualities . going forward. still getting his feet wet but look forward to the finished product with possibly Borna as his Understudy?

Comparing a good young prospect to be better than Numan.
Arthur Numan without question is the best left back we have had at Rangers and could have played for most top teams in Europe.
Yilmaz has a long way to go before being compared to him.

His delivery is Poor keep Borna around for another year Yilmaz definitely better defensively but our Fullbacks provide a huge amount of our Amo needs to brush up in that department who better to learn from then Borna n Tav ??.

Ridvan is class. Is crossing will improve but he can defend, attack and has pace to beat his man. Its his shirt to lose.

Yilmaz is a young player with loads of potential and could be a mainstay in the Rangers first team, but at the moment he has a long way to go to reach the
levels of Tav and Borna when it comes to his delivery in the final third.

His delivery isn't up to scratch yet, but it is a breath of fresh air how positive he is with his touches/ passing when you are used to Borna looking up, turning back and passing to a centre half under little pressure.
