I thought Kent was outstanding against the Mhankies yesterday. Its the best I've seen him play for a good while, if he can maintain this and beale can continue to get these performances out of the lad then it is a no brainer that we push to get a new contract for him. Not so sure about Alfredo but, if he signs a new deal then we be of more value to the club.

I hope he signs and i hope Beale builds his confidence and he plays with freedom. He always looks like he has the weight of the world on his shoulders. He needs players like Hagi and Lawrence to come back and take some of that burden from him so he can play with a freedom to express himself on the pitch.

Kent was superb against them, Beale has given him his game and position back. He hopefully will sign a new deal. Morelos on the other hand looks like he wants away, missed sitters and cost us the opening goal. We need to cash in on him asap.

I would keep Kent and try and offload Alfredo. The Colombian honestly looked overweight, unfit while not being good enough. He should never kick a ball for us again! Compare their centre forward to ours? Night and day?.

TBH I would rather both leave. Kent was OK yesterday by his own poor standards of the last few seasons but I think we need a full rebuild of the team, with these two among many who I think there time is well past due.

If we're honest with ourselves, we did better against then yesterday than in recent times, but still couldn't win the game where they were as poor as they've been against us (with a lot of the first pick players left out, most notably the 2 who usually cause us most problems in Jota and Abada) .

Beale is going to need time to do that rebuild as, again if we're being honest, arguably only Goldson (for Starfelt) in our squad has a chance of getting into their first 11. Many of our current starting 11 would struggle to make their bench. Our captain, as an extreme example, would struggle to be their third choice right back at the moment.

It's a huge job we have the next few windows and we need to stop wasting money like we have done the last few seasons.

Yes he does need to improve on his goalscoring Me2 but even when he's below par think of what he brings to our team as a whole mate ?With this free role beale has given kent, i expect him to score more because it's there for all to see he has it in him to shoot more and score?He always makes chances for others and works hard no matter if he's having an off day! If we lose Kent and Morelos who will we sign to replace them that will be better than they are when on their game. We already need to replace McGregor and Davis, both of who at their prime were among the best in British Football. We will do well to replace them like for like and our recent history in the transfer market does not suggest that we will find players on the quality we need and I suspect that Beal will want unless we are willing to spend significantly whether that is on transfer fees or on wages especially to find the best Bosmans available.

I sometimes think that Kent gets caught out doing his step-overs because there is very little movement in front of him. We seem to stand and wait on things happening when he has the ball rather than make space and pull defenders out of position.

If Kent leaves then I think we will be in a similar situation as to when the boo boys constantly used Goldson as scapegoat. Look how our defence suffered when he was injured.
Maybe some need to be careful what they wish for.

Morelos is over rated to an unbelievable extent. He was horrendous on Monday, as was Kamara! Can't believe Kamara came out for the 2nd half.
The old favourites routine is back in full flow.
Morelos has done absolutely zero to warrant starting for Rangers and unless we get better in, we will stay so far behind our main rivals.
Way too hesitant on the ball and far too slow.
