Have heard that MB is trying to get Chris Willock from QPR for next season if Kent moves on. Think willock would be an upgrade and would be fantastic edition. Think he might be coming to end of contract?

He's Scored 6 goals in 18 starts and total games played this season 26 just back from injury and the league he's playing in is a big step up from ours, Kent has 5 goals in 2 seasons orange tinted in our league.

Willock hamstrings give him problems. Great player but will not play 40+ games season. Latest injury was on the back of a hamstring strain that became a serious pull similar to Yilmaz. That has been the reason he has never made the step up to EPL.

davie he has played most of his games on the left side mate, but he can play any forward position even cf or am he played many times at cf for Benfica b and at wba he played a few games at cf, he would be a great signing mate and then we wouldn't be crying out for goals from him he's scored 6 in 18 starts in a league that is far far better than ours, we have got Kent who's scored 5 goals in 2 season in our weak league.

Like most on here who are commenting I`ve not seen much of Willock but bring him in and let Matondo go, works for me. Willock may turn out to be good or not but we already know that Matondo is crap. So that is an upgrade.

Have to disagree that the English Championship is a far far better league standard than ours.
I’d say it’s comparable and more competitive but not much stronger than ours.
Loads of examples of players leaving from our league from clubs out with old firm and being solid performers in that division.

Willae you listed many class players from the good old days, when david murray would chuck us a 70 mill war chest so to speak, back then we would spend as much as AC milan and Juventus on new players. Unfortunately will be long time until we have that kind of cally dosh to invest in the squad, we were champion league level back then, remember us getting close to the champions league final, under the legendary walter smith and having solid campaigns under advocaat too.
When talk to some of the younger lads at work who are EPL daft, they can't believe we had van bronkhorst-gattuso-arteta in the same midfield hahahah.
