Im not overly fussed about the wage structure, with the management we have at board level right now, i believe if we couldn't afford it, we wouldn't offer it. Its probably the most competent board we have had in a long while.

45 euros is not as much as £45k, but even then I don`t see us making him the highest paid player at the club. We can more than double his current salary without going that high. Could be a Dutch paper writing an article to appease the Feyenoord fans about why the club couldn`t keep him.

Matondo can do 100mph to get the ball then lose control and run it out first touch is like a clearance, Schalke dropped near £10m on that diddy . Someone on here suggested Wrexham but he will end up in the Welsh league at a club nobody could spell.

Three Cheers tend to agree with you on all of that, if the likes of Matondo wants to sit on wages that's tough but we should have seen that at his last club who dropped a load of money on him. Roofe if injured we need to accept it, no choice really.

You will see movement with players that are down the pecking order by end of window.
Wouldn’t be surprised if an offer came in for Sakala.
Maybe Matondo out on loan would be the best for player and us as he hasn’t played much and it would get him off the wage bill.
Same would apply to Roofe if we decide he could be moved on.
Just my take on it.

as john said the likelihood is all 3 will go, i think mstondo needs games but ut may be too kate for him, fashion isn't going to change, roofe. if he had 6 months clear fitness would be good but unlikely now.

At current exchange rates €45k is about £39k however we don't really know the terms of the contract and I doubt the journo's do either. Surely, all wages are target driven and a good part of that monthly wage will be results based. Theoretically, that should be as good as money in the Bank in terms of League Games but this team will need to win trophies, presumably, to max out on their income.
