I really hope gio has been watching that Liverpool game. They are a mess at the back if he doesn't go for it on Wednesday I will be so disappointed and will finally lose my trust in him. I know arsenal v Liverpool is a completely different game to rangers v Liverpool but when a team is that bad at the back you have to go for them we are expected to loose I for one would always want to go down fighting goals win game come on gio get your rubbish together and go for this mob we can do this especially at ibrox .

We need to somehow sneak a point more than Ajax over the next two games - that would mean we have a shoot out with a chance of third spot in the final game.

Personally I don't think going toe to toe with Liverpool will help.

I think an important point missed here is that when we did finally have a go in the last 10 mins we should have scored at Anfield and that would have made the last few minutes even more interesting. Should we go all out attack, no, but I’d like to see us open up with intent and have a go in the early stages and then pick our moments on the counter and be more positive. That Liverpool defence can be got at, just the small matter of keeping their forward line quiet for 90 mins.

Remember they didn’t score in open play. Don’t get me wrong, they could/ should have had 5/ 6 but they didn’t and that should give us at least some confidence.
