Ross McAusland also signing a loan deal with the Dutch team.

Think we’ll see a good few young players away on loan and his week.

Personally I think that's a brilliant move for him.

Kenar roofe good friends with leroy rosenior who is now in charge at Derby that's where this rumour has came from could be on the cards - Roseniors remit is he is in charge to get Derby back into Championship this season - get promotion he gets a 3 year contract.

derby are a really good club and will return to the championship quickly with the right ownership and management, this could be kemars swansong, unless he gets a headache.

Copland 5 great move for Ross Mcausland.

If mccrorie can sign an extension then go and be 1st choice playing every week then it’s a good idea… as he wound get any better by sitting being third choice. this would give him a chance to comeback next season and compete to be our number 1.

Good move for the lad john, needs regular football.

I hope this means we are taking a keeper in.
McCrorrie could then replace McGregor as one of the keepers at the end of the season depending how his loan goes.

Excellent move John, if only Middleton never rejected a similar move couple of seasons back.

Would rather we looked at loans like that instead of sending them to the likes of Alloa.

Said as much on a previous post of mine last week TT12,that derby county are a good football club ? Didn't realise kemar roofe and Liam rosenoir were good friends ?This could then make this deal possible ?.

11.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 16:20:30
If kemar roofe were to sign for derby county and stayed fit he'd win the english league one title for derby county, that's how talented a striker/ forward i rate him ?.

17 Jul 2022 17:00:30
Coops he singled handed ain’t going to
Win the league for derby no matter how talented he is.

13.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 17:21:36
SirWalter, yes Roofe is talented but as we know very very injury prone. Having said that, he still manages to bang the goals in. Question is - would you sell him, if so how much?

I remember McGregor going to Dunfermline and came back class and grown up.

15.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 17:34:48
Sir W, but like Jack, we all know they won't 'stay fit'
You can rate them as much as you want tbh!

16.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 17:36:03
No way he's going to give up possible champions league or European football to go down two divisions ?.

17.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 17:48:09
St Mirren only want McCrorie because Carson is injured . When he is fit they will dump the boy back on the bench and he`ll have wasted another years sitting watching . Better to find a club that wants him to be No1, the other Saints perhaps .

Ben davies nearly official fabio all over it.

19.) 17 Jul 2022

Derby could just as easily do a Leeds Sunderland etc and struggle to get back up and stay in the lower leagues for a good few seasons.

Naw he widnae. That is all.

17 Jul 2022 19:12:41
Should be a good move he really needs be playing and prooving himself now tbh. Hoping he could become a top keep for us in years to come seems like a talented keeper and I think Greegs n big John rate him highly.

22.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 19:15:31
we've signed ben davies for 4 million and i'm fuming with this its so much money for a player on high wages who hasn't played a game for his club. why couldn't we go for many of the top quality defenders available for free.

23.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 19:21:57
If Ross Wilson finds a new home for Kemar Roofe then i might do a cartwheel? The guy has a bundle of talent but absolutely no use to us not being available for long periods in the season to use his talent.

24.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 19:33:41
Yep Southend. Saying st mirren and st Johnstone now in for him, two good clubs, I prefer the St. Johnstone manager.

25.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 20:34:57
Hopefully he plays over 30 games John wherever he goes.

26.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 22:25:44
St Johnstone would be better imo.

27.) 17 Jul 2022
17 Jul 2022 22:34:09
Injuries aside, i wouldn't blame Roofe for moving. He should be on every team sheet, when fit.
Played no2 to a poor Morelos last the season before last.

Letting McCrorie leave on loan is good for him so long as he is going to be first choice at his temporary Club. I would prefer that he goes to St Johnstone. I am also hoping that McCrorie's departure means we are bringing in a new keeper. Many have concerns that McGregor is struggling with Arthritis and others, including myself, believe that Mclaughlin is no more than a decent back up keeper. The lack of a top quality keeper could be our Achilles heel this coming season.
