They will want about £3m for him and that would be too much however we have spent £10m+ recently on players that will never win us the league so perhaps signing one player that at least can score goals in Scotland will improve our team.
For me it is lazy Scouting but then the least said about our Scouting Department the better!

The boy probably isn't good enough to help win back the league, but I bet If he was in our team just now he'd be on more goals than our forward players! Folks how much money do you think we have. Blue subs that come on if not better. If they’re better they are in the starting 11. We need different options on a bench if it’s not working not the same. Regarding shankland or any other Scottish forward with an eye for goal. Boyd. Crap against them but got goals galore. Spend the 5 million on 2 players rather than Tillman. Our midfield is already full. Lawrence, Raskinabd Canteell would be my 3.

I’d rather shankland than colak but I’d prefer Nisbet to both of them and he’s only got a year left on his deal as well so hibs will want to sell. Beale said he didn’t rate any strikers outwith the old firm in the league so I’d take the rumours with a pinch of salt.

Half his goals are penalties, we already have a penalty taker . If this is the standard we are looking at then we have settled for second at best . As someone pointed out that we have bought players from other Scottish clubs in the past but they were outstanding players, Shankland isn`t .

BB, Incase you weren't aware the transfer window is not open, we cannot sign and register anyone just now, so it's not a case of backing what we've got it's a case of having to contend with what we've got, come the summer I'm sure many on here will look forward to potential new additions, and whilst I don't mind shankland as a player, how many of his goals this season have been penalties? Yes you still have to score them but you do your arguments no favours when comparing apples to rocks.
