We need to support him mate and accept that it’s not going to be great to start with. By time window shuts well have spent nearly £20m so we’ve invested a lot in him and his vision for the club. The value of the contracts he’s gave out are going to be massive for the club aswell so we really do need to back him and be patient and accept it’s not going to be smooth. I think aslong as we keep up with Celtic over the season and go all the way in cups even if we don’t win anything it’s done to progress performance and if we can see it coming together and if so he gets another shot mext year. These things take time and money.
If it’s going terrible, to the point we need to part ways then for me we need an experienced defensive minded British manager to come in and fix what we can see the problems are atm. Which is defence.
Surely the management can see this and it’s fixed in the next week or so.

I don't for one second believe that the players signed are anything other than quality players. Beale made a mistake with his Team selection and hopefully he learns from that, if not we go again. There are plenty of proven coaches that would manage Rangers.

We can’t keep rebuilding for every new manager, that’s why Gio had to play the hand he was dealt, Gerrard wasn’t going to get additional funds either rite enough. The CL is really important to boost the coffers and Beale is reaping the rewards even though we were pumped last season, I’m still optimistic we will make it through to the group stages, I have to be.

All Walter Smith's side had a Scottish influence with a 6 or 7 quality international players. Its important to have this influence on the park imo. Michael Beale has taken this into consideration and it will ultimately cost him his job by xmas.

Also worth remembering Cammy Walter Smiths team of 94-95 had a terrible start, knocked out of Champions league in qualifiers, League cup by Falkirk and beaten by Celtic at Ibrox all in first ten games.
Advocacy with internationals and money to spend had a poor start also.

Beale is a very well regarded guy throughout the UK football scene and he is not stupid and neither are the Directors.
This happens whenever a team are changed around. These players have all been coached by other managers prior to now.
This will improve, week on week.
