Hi MPH and John, therein lies the problem with total lack of investment into Scottish Football. I know if I was a professional footballer and had the choice of showing my talent in the CL or Europa League versus Coventry City, it would be a no brainer for me. We've dodged a bullet with that Haji Wright, just my opinion guys.

So he would rather play in the championship than sign for Rangers- if that’s the case we dodged a bullet. Maybe Stevie right maybe Sands put in a bad word. Sands left Rangers pure salty and almost made out he was to good to play for us. Which was delusional because he only got a game when we had the worst injury crisis I can remember. Tillman said he enjoyed it but I don’t think I can remember him stating categorically that he definitely wanted to come back, I kinda got the feeling he used his experience with us as a pleasant stepping stone.
I’m quite happy with the strikers we brought in. I wonder which striker I’d would have been for though? Was it Dessers or Danilo we wouldn’t have got if he did want to join that would be interesting to know, because Beale went all the way to Italy to speak to Dessers, so that leaves Danilo then!
And there’s no way in hell I’d swap Danilo for Haji wright! Danilo was the signing that captured the imagination of the supporters.
But I’m just speculating I don’t know anything for a fact, and I’m happy with our new strikers.

Pare the styles of Haji wright to both players and whichever one most similar would be the answer. Unfortunately I don’t k ow haji wrights style atall mate.

He was not good enough according to a lot on this page Bluey. Same as Ross Barkley lots wouldn't have him. We have missed some cracking players but they may not have done as well for us.

Dessers is not the answer. I and many Bears gave himself and Lammers a chance but both are not what we all hoped. One thing is for sure Rangers are not paying 4-5 million for Shankland so he isn't coming in January. He is worth 1.5-2 million and would be worth a punt at that and i think he would score some goals, as many as others think i am not so sure remembering teams do not defend with 11 men behind the ball against Hearts with a low block so would he get the same space. Think we need a Winger, Creative midfielder as well as a Goal scorer to challenge for the league.

Gallardo is the closest you are going to find and the best possible candidate out of work. Rangers need to push the boat out and at least ask if he is interested.
