There seems to be a bit more clamouring about getting players in. It's the 17th of June not the 17th of July. Why is there even an issue at present?

I'm pretty sure when people say they want players in as early as possible, with good reason as stated above. I'm 100% confident everybody wants the right players in. Nobody is saying hurry and sign anyone.

Sweep, there is no clamouring, issue. Players have been brought in best time, but manager not clambering to buy to deadline. Current purchases been negotiated some time, as will some more perhaps but manager will not buy on whim to beat deadline. Not how it works.

Beal has been prepared well in advance and is moving in on his targets early. It is not panic buying. We will have maximum chance now of getting the new players bedded in and delivering performances on the pitch.

Hopefully? The new guys will get moved to Scotland/ Glasgow settle in and get a pre season in b4 the CL qualifiers. Earlier the better for me, and MB has previously said, most of the targets had been identified or indeed spoken to b4 Wilson left.

Players are on holiday after the end of the season and there are international games on, even the boys we've just signed are away on holiday for 2 week, we will probably have the bulk of players in for 1st July when the real training starts. Probably a few others between then and the end of the window.

I've been watching a bit of Sam Lammers and to me he looks like a bit of the Gabby Amato about him. If he can score 10 I believe he will also provide a few for others so I'm confident he will be fine. Definately not being signed as an out and out scorer but he will bring plenty to the squad imo.

How many times does Gilmour and McGregor pass the ball 2 yards sideways compared to Dykes. In a match like that Dykes job is to be a pest and upset the defence something he is clearly doing very well at because Scotland have 12 points. Comparing him to the Georgia forward is a joke aswell as Georgia play a complete different style to Scotland in regards to the forwards playing a lot of 2 yard passes to each other. Dykes runs around up front himself to bring others into play.
