The MLS in all honesty is a better standard than the SPL. If Danilo is off there then good luck to him. Too many fans of us and celtic (as I've got a couple of celtic supporting mates) think than when Rangers or Celtic come calling, players should crawl over broken glass to come - times have changed. I don`t see it as penny pinching . There are so many players that we supposedly enquire about and get quoted a price only for the price to halved if we walk away and the player goes elsewhere . Whittaker is the most recent example and maybe Yates too and you can go back to McLean at Aberdeen and Walker at Hearts among others. I reckon that Beale and our current CEO and Chairman deserve considerable respect and gratitude for the quality of players that we appear to be signing since the January window.
James Bisgrove is like a breath of fresh air, he is dynamic, a proven negotiator and someone that I am confident can take our Club forward in a way that his predecessor couldn't and I am impressed with the work that Bennett has done since taking over as Chairman, (and as some know I was not a fan of his predecessor)!
We can't always get the players we would like and that can be because of our League, which in my opinion is a Joke, run by incompetents! For that reason Beale and his colleagues deserve praise for the players that we have signed over the past six or seven months.

Malik Tillman is not ready for first-steam football at Spurs in the EPL. He wouldn’t be playing regularly so I don’t believe he would go there. The whole point of him leaving Bayern is to get regular football, that’s why he ended up at Rangers in the first place. It’s too soon to make that jump up.

This might sound absolutely absurd but I’m going to put it on here as it’s a rumours forum after all. Was told by a mate who works for an agency who represent a number of players in the premier league including Van Djik and Havertz that Ange Postecoglou is a huge fan of Malik Tillman and prior to us getting him last season had held talks with him. He’s telling me that if he goes to Spurs he is looking to bring him to Spurs. Again, like I say, it sounds absurd but only passing on what I’ve heard.

Confirmed, Malik Tillman has vacated his flat this week. He will not be returning next season. Club had looked at the possibility of extending loan deal and player would have been open to this. Bayern Munich have categorically rejected this proposal. Player ultimately does not want to commit to 4/ 5 years.

Raskinloyal, Tottenham aren’t cash rich btw. They have just missed out of European football next year and are taking a huge hit financially with the new stadium. They have also just spent millions the last few years with little or no sucess. Tottenham will not spend upwards of £40m on anyone. Trying to find potential bargains on the market will be their policy.

Cantwell89, we do have an interest in Ike Ugbo, after mentioned on here, Andy Devlin who is usually very accurate when it concerns us even reported it after.
